Cancellation and Refund Policy
At QuicKey Locksmith, we offer both mobile locksmith services and in office appointments. We value your time and ours, and because our services are scheduled specifically for each customer, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
Mobile Service Appointments
Mobile service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if we are notified at least 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
If a mobile service call is canceled with less than 30 minutes notice, or if the technician arrives and the customer is unavailable, refuses service, or cannot provide access to the vehicle or property, a service call or trip fee may apply and is non refundable.
Emergency and same day mobile services are reserved immediately upon booking. Last minute cancellations for emergency calls may result in a non refundable cancellation fee.
Office Appointments
Office appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if notice is given before the scheduled appointment time.
If a customer does not show up for a scheduled office appointment or arrives significantly late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and any service or booking fees paid may be non refundable.
Refunds
Service call fees, trip fees, diagnostic fees, and labor charges are non refundable once the technician has been dispatched or work has begin.
Payments made for completed services are non refundable.
Deposits paid for key programming, special order keys, or parts are non refundable once work has started or parts have been ordered.
Refunds may be issued only if QuicKey Locksmith is unable to perform the agreed service due to an error on our part. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Additional Conditions
If QuicKey Locksmith is unable to complete the service due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, missing authorization, incorrect vehicle details, or unsafe conditions, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, any payments made will be fully refunded or credited toward a future service.
By booking a service with QuicKey Locksmith, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
